Where are we able to ship orders?

We sincerely appreciate your interest and support for our products. However, we must regretfully inform you that, at the present moment, we are only able to ship our merchandise within the United States.

If you happen to have friends or relatives residing in the United States, you could consider sending the item to their address and request them to forward it on your behalf. We offer our deepest gratitude for your continued support and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Typically, we process orders within 1-2 business days.

Please note that our order cutoff time is 17:00 (PST) from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 17:00 (PST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.

In the event that an item fails to ship more than 10 business days after your order, barring any special circumstances such as pre-sale items, we encourage you to get in touch with us. Please send an email to sales@freshfilterparts.com, and we will facilitate a refund or reshipment for you, along with a $5 coupon as a token of our apology for the inconvenience.

Product Shipping Time

Packages shipping generally takes 2-5 business days

Note: Shipping time is calculated from the moment the goods are shipped.

If you have not received your product for more than 60 natural days after we process your order, please contact us by sending an email to sales@freshfilterparts.com and we will provide you with a refund or reship and reimburse you with a $3 coupon.

What are the shipping costs?

The pricing for postage is detailed as follows:

DHL Express: We offer complimentary shipping for orders exceeding 59.99(inclusive).For orders below 59.99, a postage fee of $4.9 applies.

Order Tracking

Should you require information about your order post-shipment, please reach out to our customer service team. If you have created an account with us, you can monitor the status of your order directly by logging into your account and visiting the ‘Order Status’ page.

Upon approval of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, a second email will be sent to you (within 48 hours), which will include a link to track your shipment.

Lost Goods

We deeply regret this unfortunate incident. While we are not directly accountable for lost goods, we are committed to assisting you in this matter. Please provide us with your order number and we will do our utmost to liaise with the logistics company on your behalf.

FreshFilterParts bears all the taxes and charges incurred by your purchase.

Acceptance

We kindly request you to inspect the condition of the package before signing for its receipt. In case you encounter damaged packaging or find an item out of stock, please decline the package and promptly contact our customer service. We assure you that we will address the issue promptly. Please be aware that if someone else signs for the package on your behalf, it will be considered as if you have personally signed for it.
